Cook pasta al dente, reserving some of the cooking water. Add pesto over the pasta and the cooking water.
At low temperature, stir for a few minutes until the pesto warms up with the pasta. Make sure that it does not become too dry (add a little more cooking water if necessary). Then add some DAVINZI olive oil and Parmesan cheese to taste.
