According to the ancient Lucan tradition, the fresh meat used to make the salsicce is cut only with a knife and chopped and thus retains its seedy structure. Produced with the finest meat from local producers, freely bred Lucanian black pigs. The meat has a high nutritional value because it is rich in multiple unsaturated omega-3 fatty acids. The Lucanian salsiccia is produced in an artisan process under exclusive use of natural spices produced without additives and preservatives.
Seasoned with Peperonicino Crusco from Senise and wild fennel seeds.
