Pasta made with artisan care and according to traditional recipes handed down from generation to generation.
This high-quality, artisan pasta made from durum wheat semolina gets its special quality from the slow processing. The dough is drawn through bronze moulds, which gives the pasta its typical rough surface. It is then dried at a maximum temperature of 38°. This usually takes at least 36 hours. The result is a tasty pasta that combines particularly well with the sauce because of its porous surface. Simple and genuine like the tradition of hundreds of years ago.
