handed down from generation to generation, using special durum wheat flour from Matera.

Traditional cultivation methods of agricultural products, respect for nature and the certainty that only ecologically friendly fertilisers and no pesticides and herbicides are used characterise the quality of our products from the Basilicata region. Equally traditional today is still the protective processing of these products.

The Taccardi farming family, with dedication to their own land in Matera, founded Agrocerealicola Taccardi, in a land dedicated for millennia to the cultivation of durum wheat, milling and pasta making.

Today the family still grows durum wheat, with the same passion and dedication as the generation before, to obtain a natural, sustainable and high quality product. The durum wheat is carefully stored in their own warehouses. 
The milling, which is carried out at each semolina event, is done using traditional ancient methods. These allow to always obtain a coarse-grained semolina, preserving the organoleptic characteristics of the wheat, including part of the germ.
